OSCO Light team was engaged to develop a comprehensive lighting and control solution for a family-owned property in Ranong province, located over 580 kilometers from Bangkok. The clients had transformed their vacation home into a boutique resort consisting of guest cottages, a central reception/dining pavilion, landscaped gardens, and a pool area. The primary challenge was creating an integrated lighting system, security, and main system that could be monitored and controlled remotely from the owners’ primary residence in Bangkok, while still providing a warm, inviting atmosphere that would enhance the guest experience at this tropical getaway.
During our initial consultation, the owners outlined several specific requirements for their resort lighting system:
Remote Monitoring and Control
1. Ability to monitor and adjust all lighting systems from Bangkok in real-time
2. Scheduled automation for daily lighting routines with manual override capabilities
3. Alert notifications for system malfunctions or unusual power consumption patterns
4. Remote access to security lighting and monitoring systems
